There are two models of Randy’s Zipp. The Generation 2 model the mouthpiece is not compatible with the Generation 1 model of the Zipp. It is important that you check the sides of your Zipp with the mouthpiece removed. If on the side there is an open space (female), then please select the Generation 2 model. If there is not, select the Generation 1 model.
